Instead of pretending to offer Romanians the only good solution to their future struggles, we chose to position ourselves as one alternative you can count on when you need a helping hand. By doing so, we celebrated Romanians' habit of finding out-of-the-box solutions and offered them one solid one more.
After we started the "The Alternative" platform, the pandemic changed the context for all of us, so we had to adapt as we prepared to launch the home insurance product. We respected our positioning and celebrated Romanian creativity once again, and applauded all alternatives people found indoor for their outdoor activities.
As the pandemic gripped the world, we decided we need to act, so, once again, we pointed the spotlight over creative Romanians. This time, it was about those finding great alternatives to fight the sanitary crisis. We also did our part and walked the talk by helping hospitals in need with essential equipment.
